The dataset contains full time series of satellite and radar images,
weather models and ground observations.
To keep the dataset at a reasonable size, the data covers two geographic
areas of 550km x 550km on the Mediterranean and Brittany coasts, and spans
over 3 years, 2016 to 2018.
We have prepared this free dataset to let the data science community play with it.

If you are looking for a PDF of this text, it is important to note that Oneself as Another is still under copyright (published by the University of Chicago Press, translated by Kathleen Blamey). While unauthorized PDFs circulate on the internet, the formatting of such files is often poor, which is a significant detriment when reading a dense, heavily structured philosophical text.

It provides a framework for analyzing how social media profiles construct "narrative identities" that blend idem (data tracking) with ipse (personal curation).

(or selfhood ), by contrast, refers not to a fixed what but to a dynamic who . It is the kind of identity that emerges from change, action, and commitment. Ipse is the self as a "who" that can be asked to keep its word, to be faithful to its promises, to maintain itself through time despite physical and psychological upheaval . As one scholar puts it, idem relates to "what I am," while ipse points to "who I am". If you are looking for a PDF of

Because of Ricoeur's dense prose and heavy reliance on navigating historical debates (interacting with Husserl, Heidegger, Levinas, and Anglo-American philosophers), approaching the text can be daunting. If you are studying the text via an e-book or digital document, utilize the following strategy:
Ipse refers to selfhood, flexibility, and openness to change. It answers the question This dimension of identity does not rely on a permanent physical or psychological substratum.
The title of the book contains its most profound philosophical argument. The word as (comme) does not merely mean "similar to." It implies that the self cannot be understood without the mediation of the Other. Ricœur writes:
For those skimming a digital copy, pay close attention to these recurring terms. They are the keys to Ricoeur’s hermeneutics of the self.
