COVRPRICE’S TAKE ON COMIC VALUES

A comic is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. With this in mind, CovrPrice only displays actual sales data (taken across multiple online marketplaces… not just eBay) to help you better determine the best value for your comics.

GRAPH - Total Graded Averages

Our goal for this graph is to show overall sales trends for officially graded comics. Here we take the average for each condition and display it as a data point. To see the most recent sales data for each condition be sure to look at the individual sales data listed in the tables below.

WHY ARE SOME SALES MISSING?

“I sold a comic last week, why isn’t it showing up on your site?”

At CovrPrice, we capture tens of thousands of sales DAILY. It’s simply impossible for a human to determine the authenticity of every sale coming our way. (Trust us, we’ve tried) To ensure the quality of our data we error on the side of caution, valuing accuracy over quantity. We only integrate sales for comics that our robots are confident are correct. While we don’t capture 100% of every sale in the market we’re getting closer and closer to that goal. If you think we missed a sale that you want to be entered into CovrPrice just contact us at [email protected] with information about the sale and our humans will investigate and add it for you.

HOW CAN I HELP COVRPICE CAPTURE MY SALES?

That’s easy, when listing your comics for sale on 3rd party marketplaces be sure you include the following: Comic Title, Issue #, Issue Year, Variant Info (usually the cover artists last name), and Grade info.

For example Captain Marvel #1 (2015) - Hughes Variant - CGC 9.8

This will help our robots better identify and sort your sales more accurately.

did you encounter this string (e.g., a server log, a URL, an e-commerce platform)? What type of system are you currently working with?

Each component points toward a different world: the digital wild west of domain names, the personal spaces of education platforms, the precise structure of timestamps, and the technical realm of server monitoring.

The cryptic string appears to be a systemic database tracking string, inventory SKU, or automated log code rather than a standard consumer search phrase. Decoupling this code suggests a direct correlation to an automated broadcast log, digital asset inventory, or a specialized product batch code (potentially combining a regional distributor tag, a specific creator handle like "elliemisa", a standardized timestamp like September 18, 2023, at 05:00, and a performance marker like "min top").

For example:

: This segment is characteristic of an obfuscated or localized identifier. In application development, prefixes like this often represent concatenated identifiers (e.g., combining unique server nodes, user handles, or system variables) to form a unique namespace.

From a digital preservation standpoint, alphanumeric codes like bjlikiwithelliemisa180923p0500 are crucial. They serve as unique identifiers that prevent content from being lost in the vast ocean of internet data. For fans, these codes function as library call numbers, allowing them to organize, share, and discuss specific moments without confusion.

Alternatively, it's a random string for SEO purposes. But as a responsible AI, we should produce an informative, engaging article that uses the keyword naturally. I'll assume it's a unique username or hashtag for a social media challenge or a gaming leaderboard. Write an article about the phenomenon of unique identifiers in online communities, using this as a case study. Or create a fictional backstory: "BJLikiWithEllieMisa180923P0500 Min Top" as a record-breaking speedrun time.

refers to a specific project name or a person so I can tailor the text further?

Once I have this context, I can create a detailed, long-form article tailored to your requirements.
