evenstream.jpg is abortedevenstream.jpg,
for example by the MxManagementCenter, are now better handled. In this case, a message "hh:mm:ss STREAM eventstream[nnnn] Closing stream to 10.xx.yyy.zzz. Write timeout."
is written to the system messages, which suggests an external interruption of the data stream due to network disturbances or a failure of the eventstream client
as the cause of the problem.
The software contains the
same known limitations as the version MX-V5-4-9-9-r1.

Sometimes BOOTMGR isn't actually missing—your computer is just looking for it in the wrong place.
All recommended methods avoid downloading BOOTMGR from untrusted third parties. They rely on Microsoft's own tools, your original Windows 7 installation media, or legitimate system repair discs.

To fix the error permanently, identify the root cause:
At the Command Prompt, identify your DVD drive letter (e.g., D: ) and your Windows installation drive (e.g., C: ).

The boot manager must match your specific system architecture (32-bit vs. 64-bit) and your motherboard type (Legacy BIOS vs. UEFI). A generic downloaded file will likely cause further corruption.
While your first instinct might be to search for a downloading a standalone bootmgr file from a third-party website is highly dangerous and rarely fixes the problem. These files are often bundled with malware, and a single file cannot resolve the underlying structural or configuration issues causing the error.
