The Emperor of Jaffar and his queen give birth to a son, but the courtier Najumi, a secret servant of dark forces, uses black magic to ensure the child will be a powerful servant of evil. Fearing the prophecy, the Emperor orders the baby's heart to be burned. Najumi deceives the Emperor by burning a rabbit's heart instead, saving the baby.
